Our studio hums with activity from Monday to Friday.

The Preparation: Typically, we prepare and polish your order within 3-5 business days. Once it's perfect, it's shipped out the very next day.

Made Just for You: Many of our pieces are custom-made and require additional preparation time. During busy seasons, please allow 1–2 weeks for production before shipping. Thank you for your patience while we prepare your special piece.

2. Travel Times & Destinations

Once your package begins its journey, it usually takes  12-15 business days to reach your doorstep. We're so happy to send our creations to friends in the following places:

The Unpredictable: While we provide estimated times, please understand that we cannot guarantee an exact delivery date. Occasionally, local customs offices may take a little extra time to look over your package—this is out of our control, but we appreciate your understanding.

Receiving Your Gift: Your package will likely be delivered by your local mail carrier along with your regular mail. If you're out adventuring when they arrive, they'll usually leave a friendly note explaining how you can pick up your delivery at a nearby location.
